When a patient's meal order is modified, kitchen staff have to notice, because a missed change can mean the wrong meal reaches a patient, which in a hospital is a safety issue, not just an inconvenience.

I delivered kitchen-display features that flag modified orders at a glance, so staff catch changes before the wrong meal leaves the kitchen, reducing meal errors and the rework and risk they create. The system handled a capacity of up to 20,000 meal orders across multiple hospitals and their kitchens.
