01 · ChallengeThe problem we picked up.

Getting trays from kitchen to bedside is the final, time-sensitive step, but it was managed on a screen that didn't work on the handhelds staff use while moving, making trays slow and easy to lose track of.

02 · SolutionWhat I shipped.

I rebuilt the tray-delivery experience to work on the devices staff carry, adding live location tracking and full offline support so deliveries stay accurate and reliable even through Wi-Fi dead zones. Staff can now track every tray from kitchen to bedside without returning to a desk, cutting delays and misplaced trays in the last mile.
