01 · ChallengeThe problem we picked up.

A produce-delivery operation was running on manual coordination: riders had no easy way to see their assigned deliveries, and the office had no single source of truth for orders and stock.

02 · SolutionWhat I shipped.

I delivered a rider app that shows live delivery assignments and status, plus a dashboard that gives the business one place to manage orders and keep inventory accurate, replacing phone-and-paper coordination with real-time visibility on both sides.
