A staffing tool that thousands of employees depended on had to match talent to projects reliably, and every change had to roll out safely to that large internal base, since a bad release would disrupt real staffing decisions.

02 · SolutionWhat I shipped.

I improved the scheduling and talent-matching workflows and owned safe deployments to an internal system used by thousands of employees, adding automated checks that caught regressions before they reached anyone, keeping a business-critical staffing tool dependable as it kept changing.
