A healthcare platform that lets patients order, take, and understand their own lab results across web, iOS, and Android.

The product was four separate applications (for patients, providers, admins, and content teams), each maintained on its own. Every shared UI change had to be hand-copied into all four, which was slow, error-prone, and let the apps drift apart in look and behavior.
I led a re-architecture that consolidated four independently-maintained apps onto one shared foundation, so a single UI change ships to all of them at once instead of being rebuilt four times, cutting duplicated work and the bugs that came with it. That foundation grew into a shared library of 120+ customizable components and 70 reusable hooks now used across the LabSavvy family of apps, keeping the patient, provider, admin, and content experiences consistent. I also extended the product to native iOS and Android so patients get the same experience on any device.
